DMW Project Management Ltd have recently updated the wide range of Project Management Training Packages and Workshops available. Two tailor-made packages have been updated, namely:

• Project Management Awareness - A one day workshop aimed at introducing Project Management and the role of a Project Manager.

 

• Project Management for Practitioners - A three day training event aimed at developing Project Management Practitioners in key areas including Project Control, Planning, Earned Value Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Interfacing and focussing on the 'Soft-Skills' required throughout a Project's Lifecycle.

 

DMW Project Management Ltd sponsored a team for the IMechE North West Young Members Outdoor Team Challenge held in the Lake District. Events included blindfold archery and zipwire challenges aimed at winning via team co-operation.

 

 

DMW Project Management Ltd supported the IMechE North Western Young Members Panel 'Karting Grand Prix'. This exciting event, brought together young engineers from across the North West.
